Talent Assessment & Development

Identifying, assessing, and developing talents. This covers assessing individuals on their competencies and potential to take up leadership roles or higher level positions, and designing development plans to facilitate their readiness. Depending on the needs, it can include any combination of profiling, interviews, reference check and coaching.

Harrison Assessments™ (HA) Profiling

A job suitability and behavioural profiling system that measures more than 156 individual traits/preferences. It allows organizations to match individual traits, preferences and competencies to their position requirements, team dynamics and corporate culture as well as to identify developmental areas. 

HA can help to:

  • Predict multi-level capabilities

  • Create accelerated development paths

  • Leverage the talent pool

Both individual and team profiling are available, as well as, special behavioral competencies such as leadership competencies, collaboration & team and emotional intelligence.

Development of competency model and performance management system 

Cultivating an organization culture of excellence and sustainability through creating, communicating and reinforcing a competency framework of clear behavioral indicators aligned to the organization’s mission, vision and values. By integrating both competencies and KPIs or key result areas into the performance management system makes it more holistic and drives people performance and business sustainability.
