Mindfulness Group Practice

The group practice offers a space and support for participants, who has completed a previous mindfulness course with Cadence Coaching & Consulting, to come together to deepen your practice.

Program

In this session, participants will spend most of the time in silence, tuning in and being with yourself. There will be opportunity for you to ask questions, obtain guidance about the practices and/or share experiences at the start and end of the session.

You will be led through various practices including:
•    Mindful movement & relaxation to facilitate energy flow, and enabling deep relaxation
•    
Body scan to develop body awareness

•    Sitting meditation

•    Year-end reflection and setting intention for the new year

The practices will have short periods of personal quiet time for yourself to take care of your needs, just be or to self-express what arises in creative forms.
