Towards Mindful Living
~ BEING IN NATURE ~
Towards mindful living is an on-going program intended to provide a conducive space and support for like-minded people to engage in mindfulness practices, and to embark on a journey towards a more purposeful life. Practicing mindfulness allows us to become more aware of our 'auto-pilot' patterns and develop our capacity to tune into our direct experiences and see what is true and what may have been the 'stories we tell ourselves' so that we are more able to make conscious choices in our responses or actions. As we become more in tuned with ourselves, we will be more able to access our inner resources, know what fulfills us and live a more authentic life.
