SPECIAL EVENT: AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE YIN - YANG (HATHA) YOGA TOGETHER!
Mindful yoga is offered as part of the 'being in nature' program to support participants in connecting with their bodies. Through practicing the gentle yoga poses, one can become more mindful of his/her body with each poses and the limits of his/her body. There will be a short yin yoga practice lead by Samantha before the full hatha yoga practice lead by Alma Gomez, a trained yoga teacher.
Mindful yoga is designed as a two-session event to allow participants to LEARN, PRACTICE on their own and returning to the second session to FINE-TUNE their poses. Hence, priority will be given to those who signed up for both sessions.
