Group Practice for MBCT participants
The group practice offers a space and support for participants, who has completed the MBCT course with Cadence Coaching & Consulting, to continue your practice and deepening your practice beyond the 8-sessions course. It can be particularly "home-coming" for participants to come back together to share experiences in integrating mindfulness practices into your life, beyond the course. It could be very supportive to be practicing together again with guidance, as well as, building a community of like-minded people.

The program includes the following:
Checking in: Sharing of experiences in integrating mindfulness practices into our life
Combination of practices covered in the MBCT course and other deepening practices (mostly in silence, similar to day of mindfulness)
At times, we may have other exercise & discussion relating to the theme of the session. E.g. Stress & Anxiety, Inner strength, communication, etc.
Practicing mindful eating at tea-break
